School Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist district and charter schools in utilizing the company's solution to create their master schedules.

• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for both new and returning school schedulers.

• Provide comprehensive support to finalize schedules, addressing complex constraints and unique needs of schools.

• Cultivate strategic relationships with lead schedulers, principals, and members of the scheduling team.

• Monitor school success metrics to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates.

• Serve as a strategic partner to align schedules with the priorities of the schools.

• Resolve intricate technical issues as the external company representative, collaborating with product and engineering teams for support.

• Manage district and charter network accounts throughout the customer journey.

• Set partnership goals, implementation timelines, and training plans with district teams.

• Provide tools and frameworks for district leaders to manage scheduling timelines and track school progress.

• Oversee data integration and manage elements of the data transfer process, including organizing data files for application uploads.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.

• Relay customer feedback and insights from implementation to enhance sales, product offerings, and the overall solution.

• Assist in sales initiatives during the scheduling off-season through pitches, product demonstrations, and addressing inquiries from prospective partners.

• Contribute wherever necessary to support the success of the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in developing schedules for middle and/or high schools.

• Readiness to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in creating and managing middle and/or high school schedules.

• At least 5 years of experience working within a school setting.

• Familiarity with school operations and culture.

• Capability to meticulously review schedules, presentations, and related documents.

• Proficiency in analyzing various signals, communicating effectively, and delivering results for district/CMO and school partners.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, tasks, and requests concurrently.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Flexibility to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and conditions.

• Experience in customer success or a related field is advantageous.

• Background in developing systems/processes and providing support to individuals and teams is a plus.

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial setting is a plus.
