Scheduling and Logistics Specialist – Tu-Sat 7AM - 4PM PST

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gather and analyze analytical data, making autonomous decisions regarding workload and resource distribution.

• Work in tandem with management to identify business requirements and system specifications.

• Organize, oversee, and manage routing operations within established limits of time, cost, resources, and quality.

• Utilize route optimization software alongside the Dispatch team to enhance routing efficiency, implement improvements, and relay updates to Managers and Inspectors.

• Employ problem-solving and analytical thinking skills when making decisions that affect the organization.

• Perform regular assessments of Data Management and route configurations, undertaking optimization efforts as needed.

• Address complaints with courtesy, escalating significant issues or incidents when appropriate.

• Create daily schedules for Inspectors and ensure outstanding customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or comparable experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in routing and logistics.

• Proficiency with Google suite applications.

• Comfort with technology and adaptability to a remote work environment.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

• Experience in the automotive sector (preferred).

• Familiarity with the geographical routing area/territory (preferred).
