This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
β’ Assist in managing intricate, large-scale data center construction initiatives across various regional subregions.
β’ Provide support for North America and LATAM regions.
β’ Oversee integrated planning and scheduling for large-scale data center construction endeavors.
β’ Create, maintain, and enhance comprehensive schedules, track milestones, manage dependencies, make resource assumptions, and generate schedule reporting outputs.
β’ Utilize critical path method scheduling to evaluate schedule logic, recognize trends, and communicate risks, impacts, mitigations, and recovery strategies.
β’ Collaborate with client teams, project stakeholders, delivery partners, and contractors to ensure that planning outputs align with project execution requirements.
β’ Handle multiple project schedules concurrently while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and prompt reporting.
β’ Prepare clear schedule updates for project leadership and senior stakeholders, tailoring the level of detail to suit the audience.
β’ Comply with SOX control responsibilities as applicable.
β’ Proficient in spoken Portuguese.
β’ Over 7 years of advanced planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
β’ Background in supporting design and construction project management for medium to large capital programs.
β’ Experience in planning capital projects within the $500MM to $2B+ range, ideally in data center construction or similar process-intensive industries.
β’ In-depth knowledge of critical path method scheduling, schedule health analysis, and schedule risk identification.
β’ Capability to analyze EPC plans and schedules, identify trends, and communicate mitigation strategies effectively.
β’ Ability to work independently, tackle problems, and function efficiently in a fast-paced project environment.
β’ Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present detailed schedule data in concise summaries suitable for leadership.
β’ Preferred: experience in data center design and construction delivery.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with schedule risk analysis and related planning tools.
β’ Preferred: experience in executive reporting, recovery planning, or schedule governance within complex capital programs.
