This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of costing and scheduling.
• Collaborate with project team members to deploy the Graycor performance monitoring system and other essential monitoring tools.
• Analyze and create project schedules based on plans and specifications.
• Integrate budgeted funds, quantities, labor resources, and timelines for subcontractors and vendors.
• Regularly update and modify schedules to accurately depict actual progress, delays, start and finish dates, remaining durations, installed quantities, labor hours, costs, and changes.
• Establish and sustain the project cost code structure and schedule WPS.
• Keep up-to-date cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
• Generate cash flow projections, hourly shutdown and outage schedules, weekly quantity reports, as well as SPI, CPI, EV, and manpower reports.
• Provide guidance to the Superintendent and Project Manager regarding the performance of subcontractors and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least four (4) years of relevant construction experience, ideally within the heavy industrial sector.
• Previous experience and demonstrated capability in tracking field progress.
• Proficient in generating SPI, CPI, EV, and manpower reports.
• Experience in reviewing contractor programs for adherence to contract documents.
• Understand and uphold industry and safety standards.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to interact professionally with managers, colleagues, subcontractors, and construction craft personnel.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams as well as independently.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient computer skills in scheduling, cost software, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently and temporarily stay at the project site for extended durations.
