Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Organize the scheduling of field personnel including RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, and therapy services.

• Oversee scheduling for clients receiving home-based care.

• Handle caregiver electronic visit verification (EVV), payroll, and onboarding processes.

• Assist in the operations of a dynamic branch environment.

• Manage clinical homecare scheduling operations within Minnesota.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid LVN/LPN license is mandatory.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Prior experience in scheduling within the medical sector; homecare scheduling experience is preferred.

• Mandatory prior experience in Home Care Scheduling.

• Experience in scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA for home-based clients is essential.

• Familiarity with caregiver EVV, payroll, and onboarding processes is required.

• Previous experience in supporting fast-paced branch operations is necessary.

• Proficiency in Home Care Home Base software is required.

• Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 8 AM to 6 PM CST.
