SAP Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage all phases of projects including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for go-live.

• Direct the SAP OCM team in the creation and execution of change management strategies.

• Evaluate business readiness and mitigate user resistance during the SAP S/4HANA Migration project.

• Supervise the implementation and integration of SAP FICO and PSM-FM modules.

• Offer leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations to SAP functional and technical teams.

• Analyze and break down complex business requirements.

• Design solutions that fulfill business needs.

• Provide strategic insight on emerging SAP technologies and their alignment with customer roadmaps.

• Deliver scope and effort evaluations for maintenance and enhancement requests.

• Engage in solution reviews and walkthroughs to convey system designs and validate proposed solutions.

• Contribute to business development initiatives at potential target accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience with SAP in the Public Sector (US Federal Government).

• Demonstrated leadership in overseeing SAP teams.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• In-depth understanding of SAP Public Sector.

• Experience working within an Agile/SAFe delivery framework.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in place of a degree.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a NASA Public Trust background investigation.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA specific to the Public Sector.

• Familiarity with federal interfaces such as G-Invoicing, IPP, SAM, and FPDS-NG.

• Experience with federal shared service providers like USDA NFC, GSA, and DFAS.

• Previous experience with S4/HANA upgrades.

• Prior project management experience with enterprise programs at NASA.

• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology.

• SAP Certification.
