📋 Description

• Support a global technology company in developing SAP HCM competencies in Poland

• Provide assistance, configuration, and consultancy for SAP HCM

• Independently manage SAP HCM topics

• Mentor, coordinate activities, or lead project areas

• Collaborate with clients and international teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in SAP HCM Payroll

• Knowledge of Polish payroll processes and local requirements

• Proven experience in providing support, configuration, and consultancy for SAP

• Strong understanding of SAP HCM and the ability to manage topics independently

• Experience in mentoring, coordinating activities, or leading project areas

• Comfort in working with clients and international teams
