SAP SuccessFactors Learning Lead – LMS Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Set up and configure SuccessFactors Learning, encompassing learning items, curricula, certification paths, assignment profiles, assessments, instructor-led training (ILT), notifications, user roles, and permissions.

• Establish test scenarios and verify migrated learner records, learning history, and certifications.

• Resolve migration exceptions in collaboration with data owners.

• Organize and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for learner journeys, assignment logic, certifications, and administrative permissions.

• Monitor defects through retesting and resolution.

• Liaise with LMS administrators, business stakeholders, and IT to coordinate plans, dependencies, risks, decisions, and status updates.

• Assist in cutover planning, ensuring go-live readiness and providing hypercare support.

• Create documentation for configuration and procedures.

• Transfer knowledge to the long-term LMS administrator.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in implementing or managing SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

• Demonstrated expertise in LMS data migration, including the validation and reconciliation of learner records and learning history.

• Experience with at least one LMS implementation or platform transition that successfully reached go-live.

• Background in coordinating plans, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder decisions on technology projects.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for interactions from administrators to executives.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with Cypher Learning.

• Experience managing launches across various learner populations or brands.

• Knowledge of SSO, enterprise integrations, or learning-data reporting.

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification, PMP, or a comparable qualification.
