SAP SuccessFactors HCM, Employee Central Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee global administration of SAP SuccessFactors to ensure seamless operations.

• Handle service requests and modifications in accordance with established SLAs and KPIs.

• Execute configurations, system settings, and make local adjustments as necessary.

• Carry out system testing, pinpoint issues, and conduct troubleshooting.

• Offer functional support and continuous user training.

• Keep track of SAP SuccessFactors updates and uphold relevant certifications.

• Ensure compliance, maintain system integrity, and deliver an exceptional user experience.

• Evaluate business requirements pertinent to HR and HCM processes.

• Develop and sustain project and process documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

• In-depth knowledge of HCM and Employee Central.

• Familiarity with HR processes and user/client administration.

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules is advantageous.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Must be available to work in the European time zone.
