SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver production support for SAP payroll solutions

• Set up SAP HCM Payroll configurations

• Resolve issues related to payroll calculations

• Evaluate payroll postings, results, control records, and clusters

• Configure wage types and assist with retroactive accounting

• Facilitate the integration of Employee Central with Employee Central Payroll

• Collaborate directly with clients

• Provide support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as an SAP HCM Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant

• Proven experience in providing production support for payroll solutions

• Practical experience with SAP HCM Payroll configurations

• Expertise in troubleshooting payroll calculation issues

• Experience in direct customer engagement

• Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll

• Familiarity with Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

• Understanding of Payroll Schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs)

• Experience with Payroll Control Records

• Skills in Payroll Posting and Payroll Results analysis

• Competence in Wage Type configuration

• Knowledge of payroll retroactive accounting

• Expertise in Payroll Cluster analysis

• Experience in integrating Employee Central with Employee Central Payroll

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written)

• Extensive experience with SAP HCM Payroll

• Strong understanding of Mexican Payroll laws and practices

• Background in production support

• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities

• Preferred: Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

• Preferred: Knowledge of ABAP debugging

• Preferred: Payroll experience in the United States and/or Canada

• Preferred: Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central integration

• Preferred: Understanding of Payroll Posting to Finance

• SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM certifications are advantageous

• Candidates must reside in Mexico
