SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Engage in implementations and production support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Actively work with the Employee Central module

• Collaborate directly with customers

• Perform mass uploads of employee data in Employee Central

• Execute mass uploads of organizational data in Employee Central

• Oversee Business Rules management

• Manage MDF Objects

• Conduct release management activities

• Address tickets using tools such as SNOW and JIRA

• Provide support for multiple customers at the same time

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant

• Experience in the implementation and/or production support of SAP Employee Central

• Practical experience with the SAP Employee Central module

• Experience collaborating directly with customers

• Proven experience in mass uploading employee data within Employee Central

• Proven experience in mass uploading organizational data within Employee Central

• Familiarity with Business Rules Management

• Familiarity with MDF Object Management

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

• At least 2 years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Intermediate-level experience with MS Excel

• Current SuccessFactors Employee Central certification

• Applicants must be located in Mexico

• Advanced English proficiency required

• Preferred: experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Learning, Performance and Goal, and Onboarding

• Preferred: experience in release management

• Preferred: experience managing direct interactions with 2 or more customers simultaneously

• Preferred: experience using ticketing tools like SNOW and JIRA
