SAP Signavio Implementation – Governance Consultant, Project Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead the deployment and expansion of SAP Signavio governance capabilities within the Customer Core Program.

• Collaborate with the Process Governance Manager to establish governance strategies, ownership structures, and operational standards.

• Design and execute governance frameworks for process ownership, approval workflows, repository management, and version control.

• Configure and oversee SAP Signavio Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Governance, Process Intelligence, and Process Insights.

• Set up repository structures, access controls, permissions, security models, and governance workflows.

• Create governance dashboards, reporting capabilities, KPIs, and process health metrics.

• Promote enterprise adoption through stakeholder engagement, communication, training, onboarding, and change management initiatives.

• Work alongside SAP, architecture, business, and data teams to enhance integrations and process intelligence capabilities.

• Develop enterprise standards, governance operating models, implementation roadmaps, and best practices.

• Identify governance risks, process gaps, compliance issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Present governance maturity, adoption metrics, recommendations, and business outcomes to senior leadership.

• Act as the organization's subject matter expert on SAP Signavio governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in business process transformation, business process management, SAP, process excellence, or governance.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP Signavio implementation and administration.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and scale SAP Signavio for large enterprise organizations.

• Extensive knowledge of SAP Signavio Governance functionality.

• Experience in developing and implementing enterprise governance frameworks.

• Practical experience in configuring governance structures, beyond merely performing process modeling activities.

• Background in designing process ownership, approval workflows, repository structures, and version control standards.

• Strong understanding of Signavio Process Intelligence, Process Insights, and Process Mining capabilities.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across various business groups without direct authority.

• Capacity to operate independently in ambiguous environments with minimal ramp-up time.

• Strong communication, facilitation, training, and presentation skills.

• Experience in delivering executive-level reporting, governance metrics, and strategic recommendations.

• Preferred experience in the utility, energy, or regulated industries.

• Experience in establishing governance programs from scratch.

• Proficiency in the SAP ecosystem and enterprise SAP integrations.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Background in process excellence, BPM, Lean, or continuous improvement.

• Experience in developing governance adoption and change management programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• SAP Signavio Certification is strongly preferred.

• Additional relevant SAP certifications are considered a plus.

• Certifications in Business Process Management, Process Excellence, or Governance are beneficial.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
