This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver daily AMS support for SAP Group Reporting, encompassing incident management, problem resolution, and change requests in line with SLA commitments.
• Configure and oversee SAP Group Reporting components, including consolidation units, versions, hierarchies, elimination rules, and currency translation methods.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes, guaranteeing precise and timely consolidation of financial data.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to comprehend business requirements and convert them into effective SAP solutions.
• Manage and address tickets through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Facilitate integration between SAP Group Reporting and SAP S/4HANA Universal Journal, along with other feeder systems.
• Engage in SAP upgrades, patches, enhancements, and associated testing activities.
• Execute unit testing, regression testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain functional and technical documentation, including configuration guides, test scripts, and SOPs.
• Aid in intercompany reconciliation, eliminations, and financial reporting processes.
• Utilize SAP Analysis for Office and other reporting/data visualization tools.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the AMS team.
• Keep abreast of SAP product roadmaps and emerging SAP Group Reporting features.
• Over 10 years of pertinent SAP experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) and/or SAP Group Reporting.
• Proficiency with SAP Analysis for Office (AFO) and financial reporting dashboards.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM.
• Familiarity with IFRS 18 reporting standards.
• SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP Group Reporting.
• Experience in a global, multi-entity consolidation environment.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Background in supporting SAP Finance applications in an AMS/support context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to multitask with minimal supervision.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
