Accounting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Reconcile internal financial records with bank statements and implement necessary adjustments to address discrepancies.

• Allocate expenses to the correct accounts within QuickBooks Online.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of income records in QuickBooks Online.

• Generate detailed financial reports.

• Process invoices and bills efficiently.

• Timely and accurately enter accounts payable and receivable transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

• A minimum consultancy contract duration of 6 months.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is advantageous.

• Prior experience in a similar accounting position is preferred.

• Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Capability to generate and interpret financial reports.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Willingness to engage in a consultancy contract for at least 6 months.

• Must be able to work from home.

• Must possess a reliable internet connection.
