Engagement Lead – Risk Consulting, Forensic Accounting

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate client engagements by establishing project strategies, methodologies, and deliverables

• Provide guidance and direction to colleagues regarding research and analysis for client initiatives

• Facilitate data collection and its interpretation

• Foster the growth of client relationships while identifying new opportunities for projects and additional services

• Anticipate potential challenges and formulate strategic action plans

• Review and enhance client deliverables, offering advanced suggestions and insights

• Lead highly specialized and distinctive projects

• Mentor team members to achieve outstanding results and ensure client satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of pertinent professional experience in risk consulting, forensic accounting, claims solutions, or a closely related client-facing role

• Proven experience in quantifying economic damages, including Business Interruption, Property Damage, and Extra Expenses

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex client projects and engagements

• Capability to nurture and manage client relationships for both current business and future prospects

• Proven expertise in data-driven analysis, problem-solving, and creating actionable recommendations for clients

• Experience in coaching, guiding, or mentoring peers on project delivery and client work

• Extensive knowledge in forensic accounting and complex claims analysis across various industries

• Experience in advising clients from a range of diverse sectors

• Experience in assisting clients with Business Interruption valuations for insurance purposes

• Familiarity with insurance claims, particularly regarding delay and damage impacts

• Established track record in expanding client relationships and acting as a strategic advisor

• Experience in leading specialized consulting projects that deliver measurable client benefits
