SAP Quality Management Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Create and execute technical and functional solutions for the migration and integration of Quality Management Systems with enterprise applications.

• Lead the transition process from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

• Collect and document business requirements while defining process improvements.

• Align stakeholders on the vision, scope, schedule, and budget.

• Oversee and support projects utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

• Manage decisions, risks, actions, dependencies, gated approvals, and sign-offs.

• Coordinate with third-party suppliers and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Pratt & Whitney and RTX business units.

• Promote continuous improvement in application performance, quality, and reliability.

• Ensure that production applications meet service level expectations.

• Participate in work group meetings, travel, teleconferences, and training sessions.

• Enhance efficiency and minimize waste using value stream mapping, SIPOCs, and Control Towers.

• Assist with various company duties and functions as necessary.

• Collect requirements, configure systems, test, train users, and offer post-go-live support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, and project delivery.

• Expertise in SAP Quality Management in both ECC and S/4HANA.

• Experience in configuring and integrating SAP QM with Material Master, Production Planning, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.

• Proficient in creating comprehensive functional and technical specifications.

• Hands-on experience navigating complex SAP environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners.

• Proficient in understanding and interpreting various business processes.

• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business conditions.

• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual obligations.

• Willingness and availability to travel based on business requirements.

• Security clearance is not a prerequisite.

• Preferred: Experience with Octave Reliance (ETQ), Net-Inspect, Solumina, Team Center, ServiceNow, Confluence, and/or Jira.

• Preferred: Familiarity with SAP integration across SD, MM, PP, and PM.

• Preferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

• Preferred: Knowledge of QM processes, SAP Fiori, SAP QIM, SAP EHS, Agile/Scrum, SAP ABAP debugging, ISO9001, AS9100, SAP Solution Manager, SAP QM certifications, and SAP QM data migration tools.
