This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and execute technical and functional strategies for the migration and integration of Quality Management Systems with enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and document requirements.
• Ensure alignment on vision, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead and support projects utilizing either Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Oversee decisions, risks, actions, and dependencies.
• Adhere to gated approval and sign-off processes for project delivery.
• Manage third-party vendors.
• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams within Pratt & Whitney and other RTX business divisions.
• Promote continuous improvement to boost application performance, quality, and reliability.
• Ensure production applications fulfill service-level expectations.
• Attend and engage in work group meetings, teleconferences, and training sessions.
• Enhance efficiency and minimize waste through value stream mapping, SIPOCs, and Control Towers.
• Assist with additional duties or functions as required by business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, and project delivery in fast-paced settings.
• Expertise in SAP Quality Management (ECC and S/4HANA), including configuration and integration with related modules such as Material Master, Production Planning, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Proven experience in creating comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
• Practical experience navigating complex SAP landscapes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret various business processes.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities independently and adapt to changing business environments.
• Willingness to travel within North America, approximately 50% of the time, based on business needs.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and related controlled-goods clearances.
• Preferred: Experience with Octave Reliance (ETQ), Net-Inspect, Solumina, Team Center, ServiceNow, Confluence, and/or Jira.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP integration across SD, MM, PP, and PM modules.
• Preferred: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Preferred: Knowledge of QM processes, including inspection plans, quality notifications, results recording, and batch management.
• Preferred: Understanding of SAP Fiori applications within QM processes.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP QIM or SAP EHS modules.
• Preferred: Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Preferred: SAP ABAP debugging skills or collaboration with developers on technical specifications.
• Preferred: Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Preferred: Integration of cross-system SAP and third-party quality-management tools.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
• Preferred: Certifications in SAP QM or related modules.
• Preferred: Familiarity with SAP QM data migration tools and methodologies.
