SAP Lecturer (FI / CO) – EdTech Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and deliver remote training sessions on SAP FI and/or CO.

• Simplify complex learning goals into understandable, actionable learning modules.

• Enhance lessons with insights drawn from your own IT background.

• Promote teamwork and self-management among learning groups.

• Address conflicts and manage feedback effectively.

• Create focused initiatives for participants requiring additional assistance.

• Collaborate closely with the Student Success Team.

• Develop practical educational materials alongside the Product Team.

• Assume responsibility for the subject matter and instructional quality of the courses.

• Guide participants through to course completion and assist them in transitioning to the job market.

⛳️ Requirements

• SAP certification in FI (Finance) and/or CO (Controlling).

• Minimum of 2 years of SAP project experience in the relevant domain.

• Ideally, experience with S/4HANA, including implementation and customization.

• Train-the-Trainer (PTWTTT) certification is a plus.

• Experience with EWM is advantageous.

• Proficient in German at a minimum C1 level.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Capability to teach SAP at user level and, over time, at consultant level.

• Ability to independently clarify complex topics in a logical and easily understandable way.

• Strong enthusiasm for online teaching/e-learning and web-based educational programs.
