SAP Functional Trainer / Coach – SuccessFactors, MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, EWM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Mentor and guide students as they navigate projects throughout their training program.

• Motivate students with practical insights and real-world professional experiences.

• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress during mentoring sessions.

• Conduct assessments during formal presentations and evaluations.

• Document any student-related issues and challenges.

• Provide support to students throughout their entire training journey.

• Utilize the educational materials created and provided by SproClub on its platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a functional SAP consultant.

• Proficiency in at least one of the following modules: MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, EWM, or SuccessFactors.

• SAP certification obtained or in progress, with a confirmed exam date.

• Capability to convey complex concepts clearly, structure feedback, and establish learning objectives.

• Experience in training or mentoring is advantageous.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

• Freelance status as a sole proprietor or company is required.
