SAP Lead Consultant – SAP Transformation, Digital Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Crafting comprehensive supply chain transformations transitioning from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

• Providing guidance on target architectures for on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud environments.

• Utilizing the SAP Activate methodology.

• Designing data-centric processes and establishing MDM (Master Data Management) frameworks.

• Assisting with data migration and governance, including expertise in SAP Master Data Governance and SAP Data Services.

• Implementing contemporary UX designs with SAP Fiori.

• Functionally developing services and transformation packages.

• Aiding sales initiatives by contributing to proposal strategies and facilitating customer workshops.

• Assuming the functional lead role from the roadmap phase through to the go-live stage.

• Enhancing the market presence of the consulting boutique.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP transformations with a focus on supply chain management.

• Profound understanding of end-to-end processes (MM, SD, and/or PP).

• Familiarity with S/4HANA, whether on-premise or cloud-based.

• Knowledge in data migration, MDM, and ensuring data quality.

• Background in pre-sales or sales-oriented consulting roles.

• Relevant industry experience, such as in manufacturing, automotive, or retail sectors.

• An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a confident demeanor.

• Certifications and additional training in pertinent SAP modules are preferred; further professional qualifications are an asset.
