Consultant Advisory Services – Supply Chain Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Advisory consultants to enhance performance in healthcare systems

• Execute billable client assignments

• Engage in teams to assess client requirements

• Lead data analysis and interpret findings

• Formulate recommendations based on data insights, observations, and interviews

• Prepare deliverables tailored for diverse audiences

• Assist in the implementation of suggested improvements

• Identify challenges, develop hypotheses, plan interviews, guide analyses, synthesize results, and draw conclusions

• Support team deliverables and presentations throughout all phases of projects

• Supervise Analyst activities when requested

• Achieve utilization targets for client billable projects

• Engage in practice development and educational initiatives

• Acquire knowledge of Premier technologies and services

• Create and maintain dynamic, interactive data models

• Spearhead process standardization initiatives

• Standardize and automate client deliverables and internal tools

• Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses

• Gather data, execute/direct/oversee analyses, and prepare verbal and graphical presentations

• Participate in client interviews and summarize analytical insights

• Implement project plans in accordance with statements of work and client expectations

• Develop client presentations and deliverables that communicate strategy and outcomes

• Generate revenue through analyses, reports, and implementation support

• Identify and convey market opportunities and potential leads

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Awareness of market trends and significant competitor actions

• Strong negotiation skills

• Effective strategies for closing sales

• Networking abilities

• Knowledge of clients and the healthcare industry

• Understanding of risk management practices

• Proficient in data gathering and research using common tools and analytical methods

• Familiarity with statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab

• Advanced skills in Excel

• Experience with Tableau and Business Intelligence

• Knowledge of Lean Process Improvement; Six Sigma Green/Black belt

• Background in healthcare, business, or finance

• Proven interest in healthcare performance management

• Demonstrated ability to lead efforts and showcase value

• Experience in analyzing complex healthcare datasets and creating visualizations and presentations

• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis

• Experience in developing new methodologies and strategic problem-solving

• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods

• Capacity to adapt, change priorities swiftly, and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient in operating computer programs and software

• Effective communication skills in person and electronically

• Ability to make independent decisions

• Capacity to work collaboratively in a business environment

• Willingness to travel 61–80% within the US
