This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Global Supply Chain Officer and the senior leadership team.
• Direct the integrated communications strategy for the Global Supply Chain.
• Propel organizational and cultural transformation communications that align with business and growth objectives.
• Build and manage a high-performing communications team.
• Collaborate with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance alignment and support change initiatives.
• Assess and improve communication effectiveness through feedback and analytics.
• Create thought leadership content for social media and presentations at conferences.
• Develop internal narratives and spearhead large-scale change and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee communication channels and forums, including plant leader meetings, quarterly town halls, and employee events.
• Work alongside Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, Investor Relations, and Government Relations to deliver integrated communication solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 12 years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or similar fields within a complex, global industrial organization.
• Proven experience as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives.
• Significant exposure to global supply chain organizations.
• Strong consulting and influencing abilities.
• Solid business and industrial acumen.
• Experience in supporting global supply chain functions and transformation initiatives.
• Success in developing and implementing strategic communication and change management strategies.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Experience in communicating with both office-based professionals and deskless or factory-based employees.
• Outstanding writing, editing, content development, and storytelling abilities.
• Familiarity with contemporary digital communication tools and practices.
• Strong execution, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Capability to lead, coach, and foster high-performing teams.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Willingness to travel as required, approximately 20–40% of the time.
