SAP HCM Global Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee global implementations of SAP, SAP SuccessFactors EC Time, WFS, or Payroll from initiation through to go-live and ongoing support.

• Simultaneously manage various project workstreams across multiple regions and time zones.

• Lead project teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders effectively.

• Oversee project budgets, timelines, resource distribution, and risk management strategies.

• Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges directly to executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully led a minimum of 5 full lifecycle global implementations of SAP, SAP SuccessFactors EC Time, WFS, or Payroll.

• Possess over 10 years of experience in enterprise IT program management.

• Demonstrated success in delivering at least 5 complete lifecycle implementations of SAP and/or WFS / Time and Payroll systems.

• Extensive hands-on experience managing overlapping, cross-functional workstreams in international settings.

• In-depth knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management business operations.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities at the C-suite level.

• PMP, Agile, or an equivalent program management certification is preferred.
