SAP HANA Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehend and design S/4 HANA CDS Views

• Offer technical design and support for VertexOne's utility clients based in North America

• Collaborate with clients and team members in North America to collect requirements

• Develop and implement solutions

• Generate packages, CDS views, AMDP, and SQLScript

• Establish SAP HANA schemas, tables, procedures, scripts, and complex stored procedures

• Conduct SAP HANA data modeling utilizing HANA Studio

• Engage with attribute, analytic, and calculation views

• Assist with SAP reporting tasks using FIORI, Lumira, and/or BOBJ

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience with SAP HANA

• At least one complete life-cycle implementation and/or experience in production support

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Competence in Word and Excel

• Experience with incident management tools

• Conceptual grasp of relational database technology

• Basic knowledge of SaaS and cloud computing

• Capability to work with minimal supervision

• Effective time management and work planning skills

• Proficient in S/4 HANA CDS view design using HANA Studio/Eclipse

• Ability to generate packages, CDS views, AMDP, and SQLScript

• Familiarity with variables and restricted calculated fields in CDS Views

• Solid understanding of VDM concepts

• Awareness of SAP-ISU Standard CDS views

• Expertise in SAP HANA modeling through HANA Studio

• Ability to create packages, attribute views, analytic views, and calculation views

• Competence in creating variables and restricted measures in analytic views

• Proficiency in using the SQL Editor within SAP HANA Studio

• Ability to develop schemas, row- and column-storage tables, and procedures

• Experience with data modeling and complex stored procedures in HANA Studio

• Practical experience with SAP reporting tools such as FIORI, Lumira, and/or BOBJ
