SAP Functional Architect – FICO, Global Tax

📋 Description

• Deliver remote SAP 4th-level support to global clients across diverse industries.

• Address intricate SAP Finance challenges that necessitate advanced business process knowledge, SAP configuration, and functional expertise.

• Cultivate robust support-oriented relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, effective communication, and cordial interactions.

• Monitor issues from initiation to resolution to consistently enhance customer satisfaction.

• Diagnose customer problems remotely by leveraging extensive SAP knowledge and analytical capabilities.

• Provide occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday assistance for urgent customer concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the UK or South Africa.

• Outstanding customer service orientation and communication skills.

• Friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to assist clients.

• Over 18 years of expert-level experience in SAP FICO, CFIN, and S/4HANA Finance.

• Strong knowledge of e-invoicing and e-reporting regulations across various countries.

• Familiarity with SAP DRC (SAP Document and Reporting Compliance).

• Ability to interpret country-specific legal requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Extensive consultancy experience in configuration and support roles.

• Capability to work remotely while collaborating closely with both regional and global teams.

• Proactive in acquiring and adapting to new skills as necessary.

• Nice to have: Experience in Treasury.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management).

• Nice to have: Familiarity with SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting).

• Nice to have: Experience in Product Costing and Material Ledger.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Fixed Assets.

• Nice to have: Debugging expertise.
