SAP Business One Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create cutting-edge software solutions and tailor-made extensions for SAP Business One.

• Design, develop, and deploy add-ons, interfaces, and applications for customer and product ecosystems.

• Assess business processes and devise efficient, forward-thinking solutions for digital transformation and automation.

• Enhance and expand existing applications focusing on performance, user-friendliness, and maintainability.

• Integrate external systems, platforms, and web services into clients' SAP Business One ecosystems.

• Actively participate in customer projects, providing technical support from conception to successful launch.

• Collaborate closely with customers, consultants, and project managers to convert business needs into high-performance software solutions.

• Document development efforts and ensure quality through systematic development and testing methodologies.

• Assess emerging technologies and assist in the continual enhancement of development standards.

• Investigate innovative areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and intelligent assistance systems, and integrate them into new customer and product solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT, a degree in computer science or business informatics, or a similar qualification.

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL.

• Experience in developing business applications and database solutions.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.

• Initial experience with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Copilot solutions, prompt engineering, or machine learning applications is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-focused work approach.

• High self-motivation and a passion for developing high-quality software solutions.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary project teams.

• Proficient German language skills and basic English language skills.
