SAP Business One® Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create innovative software solutions and tailor-made extensions for SAP Business One.

• Design, develop, and implement add-ons, interfaces, and applications for both customer and product environments.

• Analyze business processes and devise efficient, forward-thinking solutions for digitalization and automation.

• Enhance and optimize existing applications with an emphasis on performance, usability, and maintainability.

• Integrate external systems, platforms, and web services into clients’ SAP Business One environments.

• Play an active role in customer projects, from technical design to successful deployment in production.

• Collaborate closely with customers, consultants, and project managers to translate business requirements into high-performance software solutions.

• Document developments and ensure quality through systematic development and testing procedures.

• Assess new technologies and assist in the ongoing enhancement of development standards.

• Investigate innovative topics such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and intelligent assistance systems, incorporating them into new customer and product solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT, a degree in computer science/business informatics, or a similar qualification.

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL.

• Experience in developing business applications and database solutions.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.

• Initial experience with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Copilot solutions, prompt engineering, or machine learning applications is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-focused approach to work.

• High degree of self-motivation and enthusiasm for crafting high-quality software solutions.

• Excellent communication abilities and capacity to work effectively in interdisciplinary project teams.

• Proficient in German and basic English skills.
