This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and sustain SAP BASIS systems, which encompass installations, upgrades, patches, client duplicates, and system refreshes.

• Evaluate system performance and ensure stability.

• Resolve technical challenges as they arise.

• Manage SAP users along with their security roles and authorizations.

• Guarantee adherence to security protocols and SAP best practices.

• Assist with database administration efforts in collaboration with database teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in SAP Basis.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Advanced level of English proficiency.

• Experience in managing SAP BASIS systems.

• Familiarity with installations, upgrades, patches, client copies, and system refreshes.

• Proven experience in monitoring system performance and stability.

• Background in troubleshooting technical issues.

• Expertise in SAP user administration and security roles/authorizations.

• Understanding of security policies and SAP best practices.

• Experience in supporting database administration tasks alongside database teams.

• Candidates must reside in Mexico.
