📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the company's procurement technology platforms, enhancing system performance, scalability, and user experience.

• Direct system implementations, upgrades, and releases—converting business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Configure and oversee workflows, approval processes, and business rules to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

• Manage integrations, APIs, and data exchanges with ERP, supplier, and financial systems.

• Maintain and administer master data, including suppliers, permissions, and accounting segments.

• Supervise system operations, encompassing batch jobs, scripts, and data imports/exports.

• Diagnose and resolve system issues, interface errors, and data quality concerns.

• Create and sustain SOPs, admin guides, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Procurement, Finance, and IT to implement technology-driven process enhancements.

• Offer expert user support and act as the main point of contact with vendor support teams.

• Assist with audit and compliance reviews through comprehensive documentation and system oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Extensive knowledge of procurement processes and workflow automation.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing, configuring, and supporting Procurement or P2P systems.

• Proven experience in managing system integrations, upgrades, and deployments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on practical solutions.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business teams.
