This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Define and lead the multi-year product strategy across DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Identify unaddressed opportunities and new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Convert Salesforce platform insights into enterprise-level product capabilities.
• Monitor the trajectory of Salesforce products and position Flosum for platform transitions.
• Spearhead AI-enhanced DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code reviews, automated security scans, and predictive release management.
• Establish extensibility for customer-created AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust framework.
• Innovate agent-aware governance for autonomous systems and AI agents.
• Interact with Fortune 500 clients and potential clients to grasp their Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management challenges.
• Convert enterprise needs into product solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on deal strategies, strategic-account demonstrations, and competitive assessments.
• Produce product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering for delivery, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
• Define and monitor product KPIs such as adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
• Conduct over 25 customer and prospect interviews within the first 90 days.
• Complete a competitive analysis and provide a prioritized roadmap update.
• Achieve at least one significant product launch within months 3 to 6.
• Outline the next generation of AI functionalities and execution strategy.
• Enhance competitive win rates, introduce a new revenue-generating capability, and position Flosum as a thought leader in AI-driven Salesforce DevOps within 12 months.
• Over 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years concentrated on the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.
• Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in delivering products adopted and paid for by enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 and regulated industry customers.
• Preferred experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools.
• Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX.
• Strong insights on AI/ML, particularly Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
• Practical experience in writing PRDs, engaging with customers, reviewing wireframes, and participating in sprint reviews.
• Outstanding communication abilities, including presenting product vision to C-suite audiences and drafting technical specifications for engineering teams.
• An inquisitive mindset and a propensity for action.
• Experience in developing products within the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or in a Salesforce-native product company.
• Familiarity with the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated sectors.
• Experience leading product-led growth initiatives in an enterprise context.
• Capability to articulate a three-year vision for autonomous agents in Salesforce DevOps.
