Salesforce Developer – Patient Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute Salesforce solutions by utilizing both configuration and custom coding in accordance with validated architecture and functional designs.

• Create and sustain Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processes, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.

• Develop and maintain data models, business processes, and automations for Life Sciences Cloud.

• Provide Service Cloud functionalities such as case management, Omnichannel routing, entitlements, and email-to-case.

• Design and implement integrations using MuleSoft or similar middleware via REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns.

• Uphold integration reliability practices, including error handling, retries, and idempotency.

• Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design reviews.

• Create unit tests, assist with SIT/UAT, and address defects.

• Facilitate regulated life sciences delivery, which encompasses validation, audit trails, and change control.

• Adhere to SDLC and CI/CD release methodologies.

• Implement solution designs developed by the Salesforce Architect and collaborate with Business Analysts, PMO, and QA as an individual contributor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of Salesforce development experience.

• Background in Patient Services.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and data modeling.

• Familiarity with various Salesforce clouds, with a preference for Service Cloud.

• Experience in building and maintaining integrations.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including Git, SFDX, and CI/CD tools.

• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred, or equivalent experience.

• Preferred experience in life sciences or healthcare projects.

• Experience with Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud is preferred.

• Background with Veeva or IQVIA OCE is preferred.

• Exposure to GxP-regulated or validated environments is preferred.

• Additional certifications such as Platform Developer II, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce, or Marketing Cloud are preferred.
