This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive technical solution for Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce.
• Lead the design of technical solutions encompassing data streams, DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, real-time activation, agent topics, instructions, and actions.
• Create scalable and secure data architectures for Salesforce Data 360, incorporating ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and zero-copy/data federation strategies.
• Evaluate the limits and boundaries of Data 360 and Agentforce to develop innovative business solutions.
• Design RAG and Generative AI solutions utilizing Unstructured DMOs, Retrievers, Search Indexes, and Document Processing.
• Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers.
• Manage the lifecycle of projects from design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Define integration frameworks linking Data 360, MuleSoft, enterprise data warehouses, and other systems.
• Implement DevOps, source control, and CI/CD best practices for data and AI solutions.
• Mentor and coach developers and junior architects.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in application, data, or software development and architecture.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform in a development or architectural capacity.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience in architecting and implementing Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud)—including data streams, DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights, and activation.
• Proficient in SQL and Apex, with familiarity or experience in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
• Experience in designing data integration patterns across enterprise systems (MuleSoft, ETL/ELT tools, data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
• Knowledge of data modeling, governance, security, and best practices for privacy.
• Experience with source control, branching/pull request strategies, and a solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
