Salesforce Technical Architect, AI and Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging user experiences powered by Agentforce, delivering significant business value to clients.

• Take the lead on the technical solution design for comprehensive Agentforce implementations, encompassing topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment methods, and related data structures.

• Evaluate the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents to discover innovative solutions that enhance business outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to convert business requirements into well-structured solutions.

• Manage and contribute to every phase of the project lifecycle, from initial design through to development, testing, and final deployment.

• Stay updated and comprehend new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.

• Partner with the AI team to generate meaningful customer results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in application and software development.

• More than 4 years of experience in a development role with Salesforce.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Apex and JavaScript.

• Familiarity or practical knowledge of Python, Java, C#, or other contemporary programming languages.

• Proven experience in developing Salesforce technologies such as Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.

• Understanding of front-end web development concepts and HTML/CSS.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information to diverse audiences.

• Experience with source control and branching/pull request methodologies.

• Knowledge of CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.

• Completed 15 years of formal education.

• Additional Salesforce certifications, particularly Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist, are advantageous.
