Salesforce Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and business stakeholders to gain insights into sales and service workflows.

• Assess platform usage, user adoption, workflow execution, data quality, automation, security, integrations, technical debt, scalability, and overall performance.

• Recognize architectural anti-patterns and instances of over- or under-customization.

• Compile findings and deliver actionable recommendations.

• Create a prioritized roadmap that balances business enablement with the long-term health of the platform.

• Establish Salesforce standards, naming conventions, configuration guidelines, automation and integration patterns, data lifecycle practices, sandbox strategy, and release/change management procedures.

• Lead and implement Salesforce modules and capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.

• Refactor and redesign configurations and automation to enhance scalability and maintainability.

• Design and execute external integrations using APIs or middleware.

• Ensure all changes are thoroughly tested, deployed, and documented.

• Generate documentation for ownership, maintainability, and operational continuity.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure architectural alignment.

• Mentor Salesforce Administrators and facilitate skill development.

• Report directly to the Salesforce Program Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–15+ years of extensive Salesforce expertise and practical experience.

• Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and related Salesforce products.

• Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), declarative automation (Flows), and Salesforce security.

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integrations with external systems.

• Knowledge in enterprise data modeling, migration, and governance.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, Salesforce DX, and structured release management processes.

• Competence in Salesforce configuration and customization.

• Expertise in data modeling and security architecture.

• Significant responsibility in solution design and architecture.

• Experience in evaluating existing Salesforce implementations and facilitating platform improvements.

• Ability to balance business requirements with technical discipline and platform standards.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to articulate technical decisions in business terms.

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA), or progress toward CTA preferred.

• Preferred experience with complex sales/service operations and/or multi-org Salesforce implementations.

• Prior consulting or advisory experience involving org assessments and roadmap development is preferred.

• Familiarity with FreshService or ServiceNow.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira.

• Willingness to align with U.S. Central Time business hours.
