This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Configure Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, profiles, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage Salesforce users and licenses, perform security reviews, and ensure field-level data hygiene is maintained.
• Address and resolve data quality and configuration backlog issues, such as duplicate records, broken flows, permission gaps, and outdated automation.
• Collaborate with the Director on decisions regarding object model and taxonomy architecture, taking ownership of the implementation.
• Oversee the administration of HubSpot, Chili Piper, Propensity, Fathom, RocketLane, CLM/quoting tools, and Salesforce sales engagement and cadence tools.
• Ensure seamless integrations between marketing and GTM tools and Salesforce.
• Assist with tool evaluations and pilot programs, from initial setup to ongoing operations.
• Maintain Salesforce syncs, exports, integrations, reports, dashboards, and lightweight data pipelines.
• Troubleshoot integration issues in collaboration with the analytics engineer.
• Aid in the transition to the source-of-truth cloud data lake reporting system.
• Work together with the data/analytics team on schema and warehouse inquiries without being responsible for in-depth analytics engineering.
• Utilize Claude and Claude Code for SFDX metadata modifications, bulk data corrections, scripted QA, and automation tasks.
• Define, test, and review configuration changes prior to production deployment.
• 2 to 4 years of practical experience in Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud).
• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Hands-on, deliverable experience with at least one AI coding/automation tool such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or a similar tool.
• Experience in administering at least one marketing automation or sales engagement platform, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesloft, Pardot, or equivalent.
• Proficient in writing basic SQL for data validation and light scripting for automation tasks.
• Experience with Salesforce administration in a production environment for real users.
• Understanding of what can be built declaratively versus what requires escalation.
• Capability to resolve data and configuration issues rather than simply creating reports to address them.
• Ability to inherit and prioritize a technical backlog effectively.
• Good judgment regarding the cleanliness of tools that write back to Salesforce.
• Bonus: Familiarity with a CPQ/quoting tool, CLM tool, or data warehouse/BI layer.
