This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Facilitate requirement workshops with NYS DOL stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document intricate call center workflows and business rules.

• Convert business requirements and integration specifications into user stories, functional specifications, and comprehensive acceptance criteria.

• Create SIT and E2E test scenarios focused on cross-system integration points, data validation, and real-time synchronization between Salesforce and the claims platform.

• Perform functional, integration, and UI test scripts.

• Assess system behavior and data handoffs against business expectations.

• Oversee and record test cases, execution results, and defects in Copado.

• Collaborate with developers on integration adjustments and re-testing.

• Maintain requirements traceability matrices.

• Deliver test execution summaries and coverage metrics to facilitate deployment sign-off.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of combined experience in business analysis and quality assurance within IT consulting projects.

• Direct experience in supporting Salesforce implementations.

• Strong expertise in stakeholder interviews, requirements elicitation, workflow mapping, and crafting precise user stories with testable acceptance criteria for Salesforce Service Cloud and complex enterprise integrations.

• Demonstrated success in designing, managing, and executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing frameworks.

• Experience in validating seamless data synchronization and cross-system interactions.

• Knowledge of Service Cloud concepts, including case management, call center/telephony integration, and agent UI.

• Familiarity with public sector or unemployment insurance workflows is highly desirable.

• Practical experience using agile backlog tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Hands-on experience with Copado for tracking requirements, test scripts, test suites, and defect logs throughout the Salesforce deployment lifecycle.
