Salesforce QA Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create detailed SIT scenarios, test conditions, and execution scripts that align with user stories and call center specifications.

• Collaborate with functional leads and business analysts to develop comprehensive E2E test scenarios.

• Carry out functional, integration, and user-interface test scripts for Salesforce.

• Oversee and document test cases, execution outcomes, and defects using Copado.

• Record and validate defect resolutions in coordination with the development team prior to release deployments.

• Deliver test execution summaries and coverage metrics to facilitate deployment readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of focused QA/testing experience in IT consulting projects.

• Hands-on experience with testing Salesforce applications.

• Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing scenarios.

• Strong preference for familiarity with Service Cloud concepts, including case management, call center/telephony integration, and agent UI.

• Practical experience utilizing Copado to track, document, and execute test artifacts throughout the Salesforce deployment lifecycle.
