This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold scalable automated testing frameworks for Salesforce applications.

• Create automated test scripts for Lightning UI, Apex-driven workflows, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and integrations.

• Validate customizations made in Salesforce.

• Conduct functional and regression testing.

• Execute API and integration testing.

• Provide support for CI/CD and DevOps practices.

• Develop test and quality engineering strategies.

• Manage defects by logging, tracking, and validating them.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, Developers, business stakeholders, and Release Managers.

• Engage in all Scrum rituals.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and custom applications.

• Utilize AI to enhance test design, automation development, test result analysis, and defect analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in QA automation.

• More than 4 years of experience in Salesforce testing.

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.

• Experience in testing Lightning Experience applications.

• Strong skills in API testing.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Flows, basic Apex, validation rules, profiles and permission sets, as well as the Salesforce security model.

• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Provar, or Postman.

• Experience in leveraging AI to create test cases, identify edge cases, analyze test results, and expedite root cause analysis for improved test design, automation development, and defect analysis.
