Salesforce Project Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivering both in-person and remote assistance to end users for Salesforce and associated systems.

• Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities related to daily operations and during new company acquisitions.

• Executing system administration tasks, which include maintaining and updating back-end configurations as well as Flow automation.

• Preparing and uploading CSV files for data importation.

• Collaborating with developers to convey and implement system updates.

• Providing and facilitating Salesforce training remotely.

• Developing and revising recorded and written training materials for the company’s internal knowledge base.

• Engaging in system enhancements, integrations, and testing of new functionalities.

• Diagnosing and resolving Salesforce user issues through the help desk ticketing system.

• Adhering to company safety protocols and OSHA regulations, including mandatory safety training.

• Involving oneself in continuous improvement initiatives and supporting team objectives.

• Staying updated on industry trends through formal training, professional publications, and workshops.

• Performing additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's Degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• Salesforce Platform Administrator I certification.

• 2-5 years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

• Proven ability to work remotely with minimal supervision required.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively as part of a team and also work independently.

• Ability to learn and instruct various software applications to other users.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and/or PC applications.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service.

• Capability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.

• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and personnel at all levels of management.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Good organization and time management skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple responsibilities (i.e., self-starter, self-motivated).

• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.

• Preferred: Background in software development or writing custom code for SaaS systems.

• Preferred: Familiarity with advanced Microsoft Excel functions (i.e., V-lookup, pivot tables, etc.).
