This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of and enhance Salesforce as the primary commercial operating system.
• Execute Salesforce processes and automations through hands-on involvement.
• Maintain the quality of CRM data, ensuring reliable database logic and reporting.
• Facilitate customer-focused commercial procedures.
• Promote AI-driven Salesforce tools and system integrations.
• Oversee Salesforce maintenance, support, and user adoption.
• Assist in the CRM roadmap and cross-functional governance.
• Design, implement, maintain, and advance Salesforce as Roiback’s customer-focused commercial operating system.
• Integrate and automate processes across Marketing, Acquisition, Customer Success, Service Desk, Growth, and Finance.
• Support the entire customer lifecycle, from prospecting to customer growth and churn mitigation.
• Extensive technical knowledge of Salesforce, encompassing configuration, flows, automation, objects, fields, permissions, roles, and data model logic.
• Proven hands-on ability in Salesforce implementation.
• Strong understanding of databases, including data structure, quality, duplicate management, integrity, and reporting relationships.
• Familiarity with the complete customer lifecycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to onboarding, account management, growth, and churn prevention.
• A customer-centric approach that emphasizes visibility, adoption, retention, and growth.
• Capability to convert business challenges into Salesforce solutions, workflows, and automated processes.
• Knowledge of AI-driven Salesforce tools, automation opportunities, and system integrations.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Proficient project management abilities to handle multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for both business and technical audiences.
• Understanding of risk management relating to financial reporting, legal, compliance, and data governance.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level / fluent in Spanish.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM operations, CRM product ownership, business systems, revenue operations, or commercial systems roles.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce processes, workflows, automations, and CRM enhancements.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and external tools.
• Background in database management, data quality initiatives, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience supporting commercial teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Service Desk, or Growth.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, Business Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is strongly preferred.
• Salesforce Sales and/or Service Consultant designation is desirable.
• Salesforce AI/automation certifications or equivalent experience are a plus.
• Additional knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data modeling, APIs, or integration logic is advantageous.
