This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to establish and refine the vision, roadmap, and priorities for Salesforce.
• Convert business objectives, stakeholder requirements, and opportunities for customer experience into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead discussions focused on discovery and solution design to pinpoint business challenges, outline requirements, and assess success.
• Analyze platform performance, user adoption, and feedback to uncover areas for improvement.
• Balance innovation, user experience, support requirements, platform sustainability, and technical debt.
• Take ownership of and advance Salesforce platform architecture while ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Act as a technical authority for Salesforce Service Cloud and related systems.
• Contribute to intricate development projects, conduct code reviews, and participate in solution design.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to turn roadmap initiatives into actionable development plans.
• Advocate for Salesforce DevOps practices, such as source-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release management.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams on integrations and platform capabilities.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to Salesforce administrators and developers.
• Cultivate accountability, collaboration, quality, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Set clear expectations, offer constructive feedback, and assist in career development.
• Delegate tasks while empowering team members to enhance their skill sets.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to execute Salesforce initiatives.
• Focus on delivering the highest-value outcomes when prioritizing tasks.
• Address complex technical challenges and manage escalated issues effectively.
• Communicate updates, risks, and priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure Salesforce capabilities align with company-wide strategic goals.
• Minimum of 2 years in a technical lead, senior lead, or leadership position involving team management.
• At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• Strong hands-on skills in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Visualforce.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, data modeling, governor limits, and platform best practices.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in Salesforce CLI and related development tools.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing technical team members.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong dedication to confidentiality, security, and data privacy standards.
• Preferred: Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
• Preferred: Experience with Python scripting for data and file transformation tasks.
• Preferred: Background in financial services, banking, healthcare, or other regulated sectors.
• Successful completion of background and credit screenings is required for final candidates.
