Salesforce Media Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in technical discovery and blueprinting sessions with client stakeholders.

• Evaluate architectural alternatives and finalize solution choices utilizing pros/cons analysis, internal knowledge/IP, and AI tools.

• Create technical specifications and facilitate discussions with clients.

• Develop comprehensive functional and technical test scripts.

• Restructure, cleanse, and migrate data into and throughout Salesforce.

• Set data quality benchmarks and governance protocols.

• Design and construct scalable data pipelines, transformation workflows, and ingestion frameworks using Python and SQL.

• Architect and deploy data solutions on Salesforce Data 360 and Databricks.

• Integrate with enterprise data warehousing platforms.

• Promote best practices for data modeling, pipeline reliability, performance optimization, and cost management.

• Assist in data migration, integration, and platform modernization initiatives.

• Convert data and reporting needs into analytical solutions.

• Design data models for operational reporting and strategic analytics.

• Aid in BI tool integration and dashboard creation using Tableau, Databricks Analytics, or Looker.

• Develop analytics reports and dashboards within Salesforce and Tableau.

• Implement process mapping, measurement strategies, and analytical frameworks to discover optimization opportunities.

• Counsel clients on AI strategies and use cases for LLM/intelligent agents.

• Build and maintain production AI solutions utilizing Salesforce Agentforce, Databricks Mosaic, Claude, and Gemini.

• Design and construct Salesforce declarative solutions including Flows, page layouts, validation rules, and permission structures.

• Develop Apex, LWC, and integration solutions.

• Provide guidance on enterprise Salesforce architecture, organizational strategy, data models, integration patterns, and scalability.

• Oversee deployments across sandbox and production environments, encompassing release planning, testing, and change management.

• Support go-live and post-go-live operations.

• Leverage AI tools and agents to enhance delivery speed, quality, and daily workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience covering both declarative configuration and code-based development (Apex, LWC, integrations).

• Proven experience in architecting Salesforce solutions.

• More than 5 years of practical Python and SQL experience in production data engineering or analytics settings.

• Demonstrated ability in restructuring, cleansing, and migrating data.

• Experience in advising on enterprise Salesforce architecture and the balance between declarative and custom-code solutions.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar technologies.

• More than 10 years of consulting or technical delivery experience.

• Significant exposure to media, ad sales, or related industries.

• Understanding of prospect-to-cash processes.

• Excellent facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms is an advantage.

• Extensive expertise across the complete Salesforce ecosystem.

• Capability to excel in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.
