Salesforce Manager, AI – Agentforce Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of delivery professionals in the design and development of Agentforce and AI-driven solutions for clients.

• Engage in hands-on client project tasks as an individual contributor.

• Take ownership of the complete technical solution design for projects, encompassing agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment strategies, and supporting data structures.

• Investigate automated-agent capabilities and create innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.

• Oversee Experience Architects, Technical Architects, Consultants, Developers, and similar technical delivery positions.

• Provide mentorship, career advice, performance evaluations, and corrective actions as necessary.

• Manage forecasting and staffing input for the team in collaboration with delivery and operations leadership.

• Coordinate and lead solution design review sessions.

• Author and facilitate enablement workshops and office hours.

• Participate in skill-based guilds and engage in knowledge sharing.

• Assist in recruitment efforts by conducting interviews and updating interview materials.

• Advocate for delivery standards and best practices across teams and accounts.

• Travel up to 25% for client projects and company events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in delivering technology solutions, including familiarity with Agentforce or other generative AI platforms.

• At least 2 years of experience in managing or mentoring delivery team members, such as architects, developers, and consultants.

• Proven ability to balance billable client delivery responsibilities with leadership duties.

• Experience in providing performance feedback, conducting career development discussions, and managing corrective action processes.

• Experience participating in the hiring process for technical positions, including conducting interviews.

• Excellent communication skills, adept at transitioning between technical delivery discussions and people-management conversations.

• Preferred: Experience in designing or facilitating enablement content (workshops, office hours, guilds).

• Preferred: Relevant certifications for architect-level roles.

• Preferred: Experience in forecasting and managing staffing/resources for a technical team.

• Preferred: Prior experience specifically delivering Agentforce projects.

• Preferred: Familiarity with various foundational LLMs, prompt engineering frameworks, and AI orchestration tools.

• Preferred: Understanding of enterprise AI integrations, RAG architecture, and fine-tuning strategies.
