Salesforce Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Salesforce implementation projects.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and foster long-term partnerships.

• Advise clients on Salesforce best practices and deliver proactive solutions.

• Create and implement project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

• Review statements of work and handle project scope, budget, timelines, and out-of-scope requests.

• Collect business requirements and user stories from clients.

• Convert technical requirements for Salesforce Administrators.

• Configure new users, modify page layouts, and develop basic reports and dashboards.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a project management role, specifically in Salesforce implementations.

• Demonstrated capability in managing complex, multi-phase Salesforce implementations in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

• Familiarity with implementing solutions for Sales/Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities with a strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven history of delivering projects on time and within scope while ensuring high client satisfaction.

• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

• Capacity to work independently and address problems with minimal guidance.

• A proactive approach to collaborating with internal team members.
