This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main business owner and overseer for Salesforce utilization, governance, and adherence to business rules.
• Develop and enforce governance standards across Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and automation processes.
• Oversee the structure, scalability, usability, and reporting alignment of the Salesforce platform.
• Design and manage the intake process for Salesforce enhancements, fixes, and reporting requests.
• Assess and prioritize requests based on their business impact, urgency, and strategic alignment.
• Keep track of request pipelines, statuses, and delivery timelines to ensure transparency.
• Establish and implement Salesforce data quality standards.
• Monitor system usage to identify gaps, misuse, and inconsistencies.
• Execute validation rules, workflows, and controls to safeguard data integrity.
• Collaborate with reporting and business intelligence teams to facilitate downstream analytics and decision-making processes.
• Provide primary user support for Salesforce and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, business requirements, and best practices.
• Encourage user adoption by streamlining processes and enhancing usability.
• Engage with field and commercial teams to gain insights into pain points and enhance user experience.
• Work with IT and SFDC developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead feature rollouts, manage communication, training, and adoption efforts.
• Verify releases after deployment to ensure quality.
• Identify opportunities for workflow, automation, and process improvements.
• Track adoption metrics and system performance to ensure effectiveness.
• Ensure Salesforce evolves in alignment with broader business objectives and reporting strategies.
• A Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 4-7+ years of experience in CRM administration, business operations, or roles focused on CRM enablement.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with CRM configuration, including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and automation techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in managing CRM governance and prioritization frameworks.
• Required experience with Salesforce.com, Veeva, or other CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management, and system enhancements in collaboration with IT or development teams.
• Strong understanding of commercial operations and CRM-supported commercial workflows.
• Experience or knowledge of commercial platforms and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Coupa, and Ironclad.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
