This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and direct Salesforce DevOps and release management functions within extensive enterprise settings.
• Create, implement, and sustain CI/CD pipelines along with automated deployment procedures.
• Establish and uphold Git/GitLab workflows, branching techniques, version control, and release protocols.
• Manage Salesforce metadata deployments across various environments.
• Resolve deployment and pipeline challenges.
• Engage directly with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum, Copado, Gearset, or comparable platforms.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to synchronize enterprise releases.
• Assist in Salesforce implementations that incorporate Health Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Security, configuration, and metadata.
• Organize Salesforce releases and dependencies across MuleSoft, Snowflake, AWS, and other enterprise integrations.
• Address issues related to deployments, metadata, CI/CD pipelines, environments, integrations, and release automation.
• Develop DevOps best practices for source control, branching, code promotion, environment management, quality gates, and release governance.
• Provide support for Salesforce GovCloud and federal environments, including those adhering to IL4/IL5 standards.
• Offer technical leadership and direction for Salesforce development and DevOps teams.
• Significant hands-on experience as a Salesforce DevOps Architect, Salesforce DevOps Engineer, or Salesforce Release Manager.
• Comprehensive enterprise-level Salesforce DevOps and Release Management experience.
• In-depth expertise in Git/GitLab, CI/CD, branching strategies, source control, and deployment automation.
• Practical experience with Flosum is preferred.
• Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, or other similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Strong background in Salesforce development and platform.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Proficient knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Security and metadata management.
• Experience with enterprise integrations involving MuleSoft, Snowflake, and AWS.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across Salesforce deployments, pipelines, metadata, environments, and integrations.
• Open to GC and USC candidates only.
• Experience with Salesforce GovCloud.
• Background in federal/government environments.
• Familiarity with IL4/IL5 compliance and security requirements.
• Previous experience supporting government or highly regulated Salesforce environments.
• Government security clearance experience is a plus.
