Salesforce Developer – PL/SR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Enhance and sustain solutions within the Salesforce platform.

• Develop, manage, support, and optimize the platform.

• Convert business requirements into effective, scalable, and well-governed solutions.

• Organize requests, prioritize tasks, and uphold delivery standards.

• Anticipate challenges, recognize improvement opportunities, and suggest solutions.

• Provide prompt responses to client operational requests and needs.

• Monitor requests from initiation to completion and seek effective solutions.

• Collaborate closely with internal, multidisciplinary, and global teams.

• Engage in development, administration, support, integrations, and solution enhancements.

• Communicate with stakeholders and global teams in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce development, administration, support, or solution enhancement.

• Proficient in Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce.

• Familiarity with workflows, automation, and platform configuration.

• Understanding of APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

• Experience in supporting, refining, and enhancing Salesforce solutions.

• Background in agile environments and working with multidisciplinary teams.

• Required: proficiency in English, with the ability to collaborate directly with global teams.

• Preferred: experience in Salesforce platform architecture and governance.

• Preferred: knowledge of data activation, segmentation, and personalization.

• Preferred: experience with Salesforce integration projects involving external systems.

• Preferred: Salesforce certifications.

• Preferred: hands-on experience working directly with global teams.
