This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the intake, prioritization, and execution of Salesforce data modifications, which encompass record creation, updates, deletions, merges, ownership reassignments, bulk loads, and enrichment refreshes.
• Oversee the data team's Jira Service Management queue, managing triage, priority definitions, service levels, and weekly throughput.
• Lead the acquisition and migration of platform data into Salesforce, ensuring accurate field mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Act as the main point of contact for Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Finance regarding Salesforce data requests.
• Collect requirements, validate scope, set expectations, and communicate project completion.
• Distribute weekly summaries of data operations that highlight data hygiene efforts, sales-blocking issues, and potential decision risks.
• Engage with director-level stakeholders during US Eastern business hours.
• Implement and uphold master data standards for Accounts, Contacts, and account hierarchies.
• Manage enrichment and deduplication processes utilizing ZoomInfo, DemandTools, Data Loader, and Workbench, while maintaining documented rules and audit trails.
• Sustain stewardship procedures, runbooks, and field definitions.
• Oversee operational data quality reports and dashboards that monitor completeness, duplication, and compliance with standards.
• Transform data quality insights into remediation plans with designated owners and timelines, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Guide, mentor, and develop data stewards, data engineers, and the data analyst.
• Establish weekly priorities, assess deliverables, eliminate obstacles, and engage in hiring processes, interviews, scorecards, and onboarding.
• Enhance the team's capabilities in SQL, Salesforce data tools, and requirements analysis.
• A minimum of five years of experience in Salesforce data operations, data stewardship, or CRM data quality, including at least two years in a leadership role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven experience working with fast-paced, director-level business stakeholders during US Eastern business hours.
• Strong analytical skills: the ability to elicit and document requirements and convert a business need into a well-defined, governed data change.
• Practical experience in SQL and data manipulation, including joins, deduplication logic, profiling, and validating extensive record sets.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, DemandTools or equivalents, along with Salesforce reports and list views.
• Experience with account hierarchies, data enrichment services such as ZoomInfo or Dun & Bradstreet, and large-scale deduplication.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or a similar ticketing platform, including service level and dashboard configuration, is preferred.
• Experience in supporting M&A data migrations or CRM consolidations is preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK and data quality dimensions is preferred.
• Background in background screening, B2B SaaS, or professional services is preferred.
