Salesforce CPQ Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and maintain solutions using Salesforce CPQ.

• Engage in the entire Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process.

• Set up product catalog management, product and pricing rules, bundle configurations, advanced approvals, contracting and renewals, amendments, and subscription management.

• Gather requirements from business areas.

• Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Address issues related to pricing configurations, quotes, and business rules.

• Optimize solution performance by adhering to Salesforce best practices.

• Develop and maintain solutions using Conga CLM.

• Configure contract templates, clauses, approval workflows, and automated contract generation.

• Implement processes for contract negotiation, redlining, and versioning.

• Resolve issues related to the contract lifecycle.

• Create templates using Conga Composer.

• Configure Composer Buttons, Queries, and Batch Processes.

• Automate the generation of dynamic documents, including business proposals, quotes, contracts, reports, and customer documentation.

• Enhance performance and user experience in document generation.

• Set up integrations between Salesforce and DocuSign.

• Develop automated electronic signature workflows.

• Manage Envelope Templates, signature routing, signing sequences, and automatic notifications.

• Troubleshoot integration-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and audit trails.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Salesforce.

• Experience in Salesforce CPQ projects.

• Solid experience with Salesforce CPQ, Conga CLM, Conga Composer, and DocuSign for Salesforce.

• Experience in Quote-to-Cash (QTC) projects.

• Knowledge of sales and contract process modeling.

• Experience gathering requirements from the business.

• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce solutions.

• Advanced English is mandatory for working in an international environment.

• Salesforce certifications are a plus.

• Experience in global projects is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Sales Cloud is a plus.

• Experience with integrations using Salesforce APIs is a plus.

• Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows is a plus.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is an advantage.
