This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Lead and nurture the Salesforce team by establishing priorities, standards, and expectations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point during incidents, complex delivery decisions, and conflicts with stakeholders.
• Design the team’s operating model, encompassing capacity planning, work distribution, skills enhancement, recruitment assistance, and the use of specialist partners.
• Oversee the health and advancement of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Set and uphold platform standards concerning configuration, automation, data models, naming conventions, documentation, testing, and technical debt management.
• Conduct complex Salesforce administration tasks, inclusive of Flow automation, permissions, validation rules, objects, page layouts, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards, analytics, and troubleshooting.
• Manage user processes, including joiner/mover/leaver operations, delegated administration, and platform hygiene.
• Configure and maintain Experience Cloud portals and external access.
• Oversee the platform roadmap, seasonal releases, feature adoption, deprecations, sandboxes, and environments.
• Assess and implement AppExchange packages.
• Supervise Salesforce integrations with Slack and other enterprise applications.
• Establish standards for Slack API monitoring and integration alerts.
• Govern connected apps, OAuth scopes, named credentials, integration users, event-driven services, and API consumption.
• Lead incident response and problem management initiatives.
• Manage Salesforce security posture, sharing architecture, access controls, audits, and compliance activities.
• Handle licenses, certificates, connected-apps, and OAuth lifecycles.
• Own the delivery backlog, release management, GitHub workflows, testing, rollback planning, and release communication.
• Maintain documentation for configuration and change management.
• Enhance platform support through service measures, triage, knowledge articles, problem records, and trend analysis.
• Advocate for Salesforce data quality and provide reports on adoption, failures, API consumption, incidents, release quality, access risk, and technical debt.
• Evaluate and responsibly adopt Agentforce, Salesforce AI, and related enterprise AI tools.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Security, Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations, Data, Integration teams, and implementation partners.
• Over 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in large, multi-team settings.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including line management, coaching, performance support, prioritization of tasks, and development of Salesforce administrators or platform specialists.
• In-depth practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Extensive Salesforce security expertise, covering organization-wide defaults, role hierarchies, sharing models, permission sets, field-level security, identity management, privileged access, connected apps, and audit controls.
• Hands-on capability with Experience Cloud, including external sharing models, guest access, and community configuration.
• Proven experience in Salesforce DevOps and change management utilizing GitHub, including version-controlled deployment workflows, pull-request reviews, and release governance.
• Experience managing API-led integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, authentication, limits, failure handling, and coordination with technical teams.
• Experience in managing SSL and authentication certificates while maintaining integration health.
• Strong declarative delivery skills, especially in Flow, data modeling, validation, Lightning configuration, reporting, and environment management.
• Solid experience in release and change management, including sandbox strategy, source control, testing, deployment governance, and production support.
• Confident in stakeholder management with the ability to bridge commercial priorities, user needs, technical constraints, and risk considerations.
• Strong judgment in solution and design, with a comprehensive understanding of platform architecture and enterprise-level data modeling.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or other relevant qualifications preferred.
• Familiarity with Ironclad, Qualtrics, and Slack CRM/Sales Elevate, or similar CLM, survey, and Slack-CRM tools preferred.
• Experience with Agentforce or Salesforce AI preferred.
• Familiarity with Claude or other enterprise AI platforms preferred.
• Experience with Slack platform capabilities and APIs preferred.
• Working knowledge of Okta or a comparable enterprise identity provider preferred.
• Exposure to NetSuite, MuleSoft, Celigo, Boomi, Workato, Zapier, identity providers, or data platforms preferred.
